Who Are We

Smart Pharma is an innovative R&D based biotech company focusing on developing a range of improved new drugs, specifically in macro-molecule oral formulations with high technicial barrier. Smart Pharmaceutical (Cayman) Co., Ltd., was established in February 2020. Smart Pharmaceutical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., the operating entity of mainland China, was established in Taicang, Jiangsu Province in December 2019. It is nested in Taicang Biomedical Industrial Park, aiming to build a world-class preparation and manufacturing facility in the next few years. The project has also been nominated as the priority project in Jiangsu Province in 2021.

Smart Pharma regards formulation innovation as its driving force and core competency. The Company specializes in advanced drug delivery system (DDS) to develop patented new drugs in order to improve clinical efficacy, help patients alleviate their pain and improve their quality of life. Our pipeline targets many areas of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental illness, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorder, pain and infections. Our market is mainly in Europe, the United States, Japan and Greater China.
