Requirements:
1. University degree, major in Business Administration, Education,Pharmaceutical,Secretarial or other relevant;
2. Over two year relative working experience in Multinational Company;
3. Fluent English both in written and spoken is must;
4. Good at MS office process;
5. Good execution and communication skills;
6.English spoken country citizen is preferred.
Responsibility:
1. Assist GM with daily routine works;
2. Meeting arrangement and relative issues follow up;
3. Monthly management reports collection and summary.
4. Travel arrangement and company car management
5. Guests visit coordinate and arrangement;
6. Admin support for employee activity, work meal, etc.
7. Support HR department for some HR function works;
8. Other assignments from GM.
